OUR RETURN POLICY

How do I return a purchase?: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Navigate to the “Orders” section under “My Account.”
  3. Find the order containing the item/items you wish to return or exchange.
  4. Click on the “Refund” button next to the relevant item.
  5. Complete the reason for your return or exchange.

Our policy allows returns or exchanges within 28 days of the order delivery date. We aim to process your request promptly and will respond to your submission within 4 hours. However, please note that this may not always be possible.
